All of our Simply Care relationships begin with an in-house consultation in order to assess the client's needs and ensure that their home is properly adapted to them. Once we've gotten to know the client and determined what services they need, we assign the Simply Caregiver who will make the best possible match.

• Companionship – When family can't be present, our Simply Caregivers offer a friendly, comforting presence. Taking a walk together, playing a game of cards or just chitchatting; these activities provide necessary social and physical stimulation, and can cheer up a quiet day.
   
• Household Help – Picking up the mail, preparing meals, doing the laundry, organizing bills and paperwork, our Simply Caregivers can manage all household tasks, simplifying life for our clients and their families.
   
• Personal Care – For some, getting out of the tub or going to the bathroom can pose an insurmountable challenge. Simply Caregivers can reduce clients' anxiety and help restore their dignity by discretely assisting in these routine activities.
   
• Transportation – Our Clients like to get around. Be it a trip to the hairdressers, or dinner out at a favorite restaurant, Simply Caregivers make certain these outings go smoothly. We prepare clients, chauffeur them to their appointments and ensure that they are returned safely to the comfort of their homes.

Each Simply Caregiver is matched to the individual needs of our clients, based on the information gathered during tour in-home consultation. The in-home consultation is very important and accomplishes the following:

• Properly assesses the client’s needs
   
• Makes sure services can be safely and properly performed in the home
   
• Matches the client’s needs and personality to an experienced caregiver with the necessary skills to provide the very best care and companionship
